Another day, another rumoured Masked Singer Australia contestant to add to the list. This time it’s actor Tammin Sursok who, by the looks of her Instagram, had an absolute time in Sydney’s hotel quarantine with her kids.

Basically, people are connecting (or trying to) the dots between international celebrities flying into the country and undergoing quarantine with either a) filming a reality/competition TV show or b) filming one of the 8171203 productions that got moved here because of COVID-19.

While Tammin is best known for her role as one Jenna Marshall in Pretty Little Liars, she also had a stint on Home and Away back in the day.

She touched down in Sydney two weeks ago with her family and has since completed quarantine to kick off production on an untitled project. Tammin hasn’t specified just what she’s up to, but she did say on Instagram that she is super grateful to be back on set, especially amid a pandemic.

Since The Masked Singer is supposed to start filming this month (COVID-willing), you could say the timing is intriguing. And if you ask New Idea, it’s 100% certain Tammin is a “shoo-in” for the bizarre show. But this could obviously just be a coincidence.

To be honest, if we were going down this line of thinking – any high-profiled celeb could be a “shoo-in” for The Masked Singer if they’re in Sydney right now, so take this all with a grain of salt.

The other rumoured Masked Singer contestant was British reality TV star Charlotte Crosby, who flew to Sydney two weeks ago… only to fly right back home.

“I went to Australia just to quarantine and then came home,” Charlotte explained on Instagram.

“I went to Australia for work which got cancelled because Sydney went into lockdown so I had to come home.”

And she did, without even getting to see much of the city.

Two weeks of quarantine for nothing has got to suck, but Charlotte took it on the chin.

The Geordie Shore star previously competed on the Aussie I’m A Celeb… Get Me Out Of Here last year, so I get why people thought she was going to compete on another Channel 10 show.

As to who will actually be on this year’s Masked Singer, we’ll just have to wait and see. Stay tuned.
