Kanye West does a lot of different things, aside from his incredibly successful rap career. Like… so many things.
In fact, he does so many different things, that last year he burnt out and ended up in a Los Angeles hospital suffering from severe dehydration and experiencing exhaustion-induced psychosis – according to reports at the time.
Now, it’s being reported by TMZ that Yeezy has filed legal documentation declaring that he intends to create a line of makeup made by his company, DONDA.
The patent request allegedly will cover perfumes, lotions, and other cosmetics.
The legal application is currently being processed, but sources say that Kanye filed just in case the makeup line gets developed.
Kanye posted this tweet last year, which shows a chart of all the things he wants DONDA to be involved with in some capacity.
It’s… a lot, to say the least. Some might even say delusional, but hey – I’m not one to doubt the determination of Ye. Even if you hate the bloke, it’s really quite difficult to fault his work ethic.

There’s no word yet from his sister-in-law Kylie Jenner, whose makeup business is a force to be reckoned with. She’s the second richest Kardashian (after Kim, of course) due to her company ‘Kylie Cosmetics’, and her infamous Lip Kits are a cult favourite and sell out within minutes of going up on the site (despite a few hiccups: see HERE and HERE).
