We’ve had a few months to emotionally equip ourselves with the ability to handle the words “Parks and Recreation” being uttered without crying; but today, the effort was all for nought as the glorious season seven gag reel of Parks and Rec was unleashed unto the internet, along with bloopers and cast auditions from the show’s six-year-long run.
Chris Pratt saying variations of “Vladimir Putin” is there, Amy Poehler‘s frustration with talking heads is there, Tammy and Jam are there, and Amy Poehler’s speech to the cast and crew on the series’ wrap is there. “I CRIED WHEN AMY CRIED,” the youtube-uploader who cruelly disallowed embeds on the twenty seven minutes of pure joy that followed.
Season 7 bloopers and BTS start around the 15 minute mark; but do yourself a favour and watch the whole damned thing. You’ll know when the Amy crying bit is upon you, so sympathies, love, and light to you – in advance.
