The all-seeing spies at TMZ snapped pics of Jenner straddling the 18-year-old in the wee hours of Tuesday morning at a CFDA Awards after-party in NYC.

An onlooker told the media outlet that the partners-in-smooch were glued to each other for about two hours, “kissing, cuddling and drinking.”
The eyewitness (who at this point sounds like a bit of a stalker) spotted Kenny heading back to her room solo at around 4AM, so it doesn’t sound like they’ve done the dirty (not yet, anyway).
Meanwhile, where the fresh feck was Gigi Hadid when the incest lovin’ was goin’ down!?
By all accounts she was at the event, as evidenced by Jenner’s Instagram Story that shows her model mate posing seductively with glittery cherries (as ya do).

This isn’t the first time that Kendall has put the moves on the youngest member of the Hadid clan.
Almost two years ago she posted a pic with Anwar (back when she was 20 and he was 17) and captioned it: “dibs?”
