Along with her soon-to-be billionaire daughter Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner is one of the greatest businesswomen on the planet and as fans of Keeping Up With The Kardashians will know, this is due to the fact that she demands perfection from everyone from her children to her staff.
One such (former) staff member has revealed what it is like to be one of Kris’ employees and as expected, it’s no walk in the park…
A nanny who was once employed by Jenner to take care of Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian back in the ’90s, post O.J. Simpson but pre reality TV fame, has spilled on her time working for the queen of the Kar-Jenner empire.
The woman, Pam Behan appears on an upcoming episode of Scandal Made Me Famous where she recalls working for the family for five years. Behan would drive the Kardashian kiddies to school and extracurricular activities around Los Angeles, answering to Jenner’s every request.
“I liked Kris and I respected her for many reasons,” Behan says about the reality TV matriarch. “She was not easy to work for because she was a perfectionist and she expected perfection.”

She goes on to recount a few times when she was chewed out by a younger Momager as things weren’t quite up to scratch.
“On a daily basis, when she has a very long list and you’re fighting L.A. traffic and taking kids to their events, and maybe possibly not everything on the list gets done,” she continues. “There were a few moments where I got an earful.”
“At first, I used to be just crushed when she would speak to me like that,” she says. “But she vents, she speaks what’s on her mind. She wasn’t easy to work for, but I did enjoy my job.”
The episode is set to air in the U.S. next week, combining reenactments, exclusive interviews and never-before-seen photos and video to tell the story.
