Not one, but TWO TikTok stars are reportedly being sued by the Kardashian fam for lying about engaging in illicit affairs with Kanye West, soon-to-be ex-husband of Kim Kardashian.
According to TMZ, Kris Jenner is prepared to sue the TikToker behind that wild-ass (read: made-up) rumour that Kanye West and Jeffree Star are having an affair.
The influencer who made up the rumour, one Ava Louise who you’ll recognise as the influencer who partook in the coronavirus challenge that involved licking a toilet bowl, recently admitted to faking the whole thing for clout.

Now, a furious Kris Jenner wants her held accountable for lying about the affair with Kanye West. Her rep told TMZ that she has “zero clue who this person is” but “if she continues to spread lie after lie and a fake letter in a desperate cry for public attention, which she has admitted on record that she’s seeking, then we will have no choice but to take legal action on principle.”
“Making up fake stories in an effort to monetise and get attention which has a direct effect on people’s lives is not OK,” the rep went on to add. “Perhaps she should spend that time instead seeking the help that she clearly needs to deal with her issues.”
So that’s one TikTok star who’s in strife for making up a rumour about Kanye West. Ready for the next one?
His name is Cole Carrigan and he’s being sued for sharing a video that included fake proof that he performed oral sex on Kanye. He also included a screenshot of an alleged text message chain from the rapper’s ex-bodyguard, Steve Stanulis, where he appears to arrange for Carrigan and West at a W Hotel in November.

After being slapped with a cease-and-desist letter from the ex-bodyguard of Kanye West, he has made a video apology in order to “stay out of court.”
In the video, he shows off the cease-and-desist letter as he apologises to Kimye and says that he only put the info out there because West “voted for Trump.” LOL no, you idiot, he voted for himself.
“In order for me to stay out of court and not get sued, I have to issue an apology to Mr. West and Kim Kardashian West,” the TikToker says in the clip.
“So hi, Kim, if you’re watching this, I am so sorry, I honestly did this for the simple fact that your husband voted for Trump, and we simply can’t have that clownery in America, so you’re welcome.”

The cease-and-desist letter reportedly demanded that Cole apologise to both Kim Kardashian and Kanye West for perpetuating the lie.
