Jerry Seinfeld Makes Non Funny Ad For The Greater Building Society

We trust Jerry Seinfeld because he’s only responsible for one of the most enduring, hilarious and insightful pieces of art known to man. Yes, art goddammit. I think most of us feel this way. When people say they don’t like Seinfeld the default reaction is to question their judgement, their sanity and their humanity and I feel like it could be a pretty good indication of whether or not they’re a serial killer. Who are these people? Seinfeld is the definition of funny. The definition of not funny? Jerry’s most recent ads for The Greater Building Society in which he generally acts a fool and equates the act of switching banks to escaping from deserts and jungles and whatnot. Dude phones it in harder than the Seinfeld hologram Jack Donaghy created in 30 Rock. Even sadder? No one gives him anything funny to say. Jerry should totally ask what the deal is with that!
