Jason Momoa is a man with a lot of feelings, and one of those feelings is rage at whoever leaked the details of his recent wedding to long-time partner Lisa Bonet.
The pair, who have been together more than a decade but generally keep things pretty low-key, tied the knot in Los Angeles last month, at a private ceremony.
Momoa, who is currently doing press for Justice League, let it be known that he and Bonet wanted to announce their marriage on their own terms, and are angry that it couldn’t happen.
Telling reporters of his intention to keep things private, he simply said: “I thought it would have stayed that way, but some asshole leaked it and I will find you.”
At that point, Ezra Miller, who plays The Flash in the film and was also at the press event, quickly chimed in to say “I swear it wasn’t me,” presumably just to keep his ass covered.
Aside from this mild unpleasantness, Jason Momoa appears pretty pumped about Justice League, and has had nothing but enthusiastic things to say about his cast-mates.
Speaking with The Daily Mail, he said that Miller has become like “a little brother”, and Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot is “amazing, such a queen.”
“I was tripping out,” he said, about the experience of being on set. “You can’t believe you are what you are, then you’re looking across and there’s Batman and there’s Wonder Woman … It’s so surreal.”
In unrelated Jason Momoa news, earlier this week, Game Of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke posted a picture of the two of them together, sparking rumours he might return to the show in some way.
While his character Khal Drogo is long-dead, he may be returning in a flashback of some sort … or he may have just been enjoying a night out on the piss with former cast-mates and new friends.
We’re kinda leaning towards the latter, but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
