‘I’m A Celeb’ Producers Show Zero Mercy For Casey Donovan W/ Catfish Prank

The first episode of ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here‘ aired last night, and wooooowwwweeeeeeee – they pulled one hell of a prank on contestant Casey Donovan
The former Australian Idol was, at one point, in a tank filled with water and, err… a certain type of fish.
ICYMI, a story surfaced early last year about the singer, who was the victim of a tragic hoax relationship for six whole years.
She believed herself to be dating a man called Campbell via what she believed to be a set-up through a friend of a friend.
Turns out, after six years and many cancelled IRL plans with Campbell, she was actually dating ‘Campbell’s friend’ – a woman called Olga. (You can read more about it HERE.)
Donovan was very open about her experience being ‘catfished’, which the ‘I’m a Celebrity‘ producers clearly took as a sign that she was totally chill being being surrounded by them IRL.
Because, yeah… she was in a tank of water, surrounded by actual catfish. And at one point, legitimately yelled out,
“I THINK IT’S A CATFISH!”
And thus, the jokes begin.

BLESS. The sense of humour is real, people. What a legend.
