Hotel Concierge From Kim K Robbery Writes Open Letter Defending Himself

The concierge who was present last week during the violent robbery of Kim Kardashian‘s Paris hotel suite has penned an open letter, defending himself and denying a role in the crime.
As the incident unfolded, a group of masked assailants allegedly handcuffed the concierge and forced him to take them to Kardashian’s room at gunpoint. US Weekly claim that they asked him: “Where is the wife of the rapper?”
Kim was held alongside the unnamed 40-year-old man for some time, and in her statement to Paris police, she said that at one point, she asked him “are we gonna die?”, to which he responded “I don’t know.”
Kardashian – who was tied, held at gunpoint and robbed of millions of dollars in jewellery – told police that the concierge displayed a “suspiciously calm” demeanour while in the midst of the robbery.
Overnight, he responded to these claims, in a letter published in French magazine Closer. He wrote:
“Dear Kim: When you feel the cold steel of a gun at your neck, it is the moment when remaining calm can mean the difference of life or death, both our lives.”
He concluded his letter by telling Kim: “I hope you are feeling better.”
Police in France are currently seeking five men “of European appearance” in connection with the robbery. Kim has returned to Los Angeles to be with her family, and filming of her reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians is on indefinite hiatus.
