As if we needed another bloody reason to be keen as mustard for Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper‘s upcoming flick A Star Is Born, another legendary muso has announced that she features in the film.

With the whole world abuzz following the epic premiere at the Venice Film Festival, Halsey decided to go ahead to make fans freak the fuck out by revealing that she just casually appears in the flick.
“I guess now is a good time to finally tell you guys that I have a little cameo in A Star Is Born!” She wrote.
“Thank you so so much to Gaga and Bradley for including me. It was an honour to watch both of your talent and dedication on set. an all time life highlight for me for sure.”

A fan then asked the very apt question, bless her: “Do you play yourself or are you your own little character???”
“I play myself for a very small moment!” Halsey responded. “Which is insane because it means Gaga and Bradley saw me worthy of representing a piece of the current state of music in this film forever. They could have picked any artist. It was so humbling and unreal.”

The highly anticipated flick reportedly copped an 8-10 minute standing ovation for the cast after premiering at the film festival.
Gaga, whose main acting credit prior to now was American Horror Story, has been praised for her portrayal of the iconic Barbara Streisand role.

Considering Halsey’s massive fan base, I’m betting at least a few of those punters got off their feet for our girl.
The flick hits cinemas here in Australia on the 18th of October and you can bet your bottom that this Gaga/Brad/Halsey stan will be first in line.
