‘Shark Tank’ is generally a show that is all about one thing and one thing only, that sweet money, the cold hard cash. Feelings are best left at the door when you walk into that room to pitch, because the sharks will be able to smell blood in the water, and use your weakness against you.
But in an adorable moment on Tuesday night’s episode, even the cold-blooded sharks couldn’t hide their delight at what went down. Luke Lucas and Chrissy Glentis were on the show trying to get an investor for their business Foddies, which produces food for people with gluten and other intolerances. After successfully making a deal with one of the sharks to the tune of $100 000, Luke said “just one more thing, if i could?” and then went ahead with the most important pitch of the night.
“Without you, none of this would be possible. I can’t even imagine a life without you, frankly, I don’t want to. I want to spend the rest of my life with you,” he said getting down on one knee. “Chrissy, will you marry me?”
