We’re now officially under a month away from the hellishly long awaited premiere of Game of Thrones‘ fifth season. And if the goosebumps on your arms and rising thirst for blood isn’t already at fever pitch, this is sure to stoke that fire nicely.
The fifth season, in a unique move, is being simulcast across the globe by HBO, meaning distributing Foxtel channel Showcase will be showing it “live” as it airs in the US – then, of course, replaying it primetime later that night to better suit those of you who are usually a bit busy at 10am on a Monday morning.
The premium cable giant today put up two new clips from the new season to whet the already very thirsty whistle of GoT fans worldwide.
The first, a short clip of a conversation between the brooding (always brooding) Jon Snow and Mance Rayder…
…and the second, another brief tête-à-tête between Tyrion Lannister and Varys.
The fifth season of Game of Thrones premieres on April 13th Australian time.
