The internet is dark and full of horrors, and this is certainly one of them. Earlier today, the Twitter account Faces In Things – which, as you may have guessed, shares amusing images of objects that resemble human faces – posted a picture of the inside of a dog’s ear, bearing an uncanny resemblance to U.S. President Donald Trump.
We won’t beat around the bush, we know you came here to see this macabre thing that cannot be unseen, so take a good long look and then we’ll talk:

We have no idea who took it, who the dog is or whether said dog is okay with the inside of his or her ear being used in this way. The resemblance to Trump is pretty uncanny though, right? The shock of straw-coloured hair, the grumpy-looking profile, the sense that it’s mad at you … it’s all just right there.
As best we can work out, the image was originally posted on Reddit in the ‘Pics‘ area, and tagged as ‘US Politics‘. Is it real? Is it Photoshopped? Is it some kind of sign of the impending apocalypse? There are still so many unanswered questions.

Amidst the comments on Reddit, one eminently sensible individual pointed out:
On the bright side, someone has been taking care of those pupper ears. Seriously, my dog got ear mites once and I didn’t know until I took him to his usual check-up because I’d never heard of them. Now I love me a clean doggy ear.
Yes, if there’s one key takeaway from this, remember that it’s important to clean your pupper’s ears out regularly.
