PRETTY GOOD: ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ Is Coming Back For A Tenth Season

Good news if you’re in the market for painfully awkward, multi-layered social horrors: Curb Your Enthusiasm has been renewed for a 10th season.

“We are thrilled that Larry will be back with his uniquely acerbic wit and comedic sensibility,” said HBO programming president Casey Bloys. “As I’ve said many times, when one has the opportunity to annoy someone, one should do so,” Larry David added.

The show returned this year for a ninth season after a six year absence. The new season is incredibly good if you haven’t watched it, and the fact that Larry seems motivated to make more is extremely good news.

Season nine was nominated this week for two Screen Actor Guild Awards, including outstanding male performer in a comedy series for David, and outstanding ensemble in a comedy.

There’s very little word on what the next season could entail, or who will be back. The last season starred Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman, J.B. Smoove, Cheryl Hines, Richard Lewis, Bob Einstein, Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen.
