SO, it’s being reported that old mate Justin Bieber is suspected of ‘head-butting’ a restaurant employee, in the wee hours of a party last week.
[Did your brain just say “sounds about right”? Same.]
Police sources have told TMZ that an incident went down at around 2am last Saturday night, at a pre-Grammys party at Los Angeles restaurant Serafina.
Witnesses say that Biebs was ‘play-fighting’ with friend Kyle Massey, until he realised he was being recorded by restaurant staff. He told the dude to turn the camera off, but the bloke allegedly resisted Justin‘s requests. Other partygoers noticed what was happening and started recording too.
Then, Biebs allegedly ‘lunged at him’ and head-butted him.
Other restaurant employees called the LA County Sheriff’s Department to report the headbutt, but by the time law enforcement rocked up, the singer was loooooong gone.
TMZ reports that the waiter involved in the alleged incident doesn’t wanna press charges, but the Sheriff’s Dept is going ahead with the battery investigation regardless.
Man, old mate was going so good on the ‘not getting in trouble’ front for a bit there, wasn’t he? So close.
