Molly Meldrum is in hospital in a critical condition after falling from a ladder last night at his Melbourne home.
Meldrum was apparently putting up Christmas decorations when he fell, fracturing his skull and sustaining other serious injuries. The 65 year-old was in a critical condition last night, having been put in an induced coma while doctors worked on him throughout the night.
Having been a force in the Australian music scene for over forty years, Meldrum has been the recipient of good wishes from rock and pop stars across the world, including Boy George, Kylie Minogue, members of Silverchair and heaps more.
