On the program, the newly single star says that her anxiety sometimes causes her to feel “guilty.”

“I almost feel guilty that I have it [anxiety] because it’s just in your head and it’s just so crazy how powerful it is.

“You have ups and downs and sometimes you’ll go weeks at a time where you will be crushing it and there will be no anxiety…and then something will happen that can trigger it and then you have a couple of down days.”

She goes on to encourage her fans to be open about mental issues and says that she’s had loads of support from her family and friends.

“It takes hard work and practice and therapy and self-care—and so much love,” she said. “The most important thing is to remember that…everybody has this. Talk to your loved ones, reach out to people, especially your friends online.”

The special was filmed on the day Mac Miller died, according to Entertainment Tonight, prior to her split from Pete Davidson.

Shortly after the breakup, the 24-year-old posted an Instagram Story where she vowed to not let her anxiety get in her way.

“can’t believe i almost let my anxiety ruin this for me today !!! not today satan ! not tomorrow or the next day either not no more u can suck my big green dick ???? finna sing my heart out and be a big walking vessel of love bye.”
