We’ve heard a whole lotta hype about Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper‘s upcoming flick A Star Is Born, particularly after scoring rave reviews at the Venice Film Festival, and now we’ve copped some brand new footage from the film.

The clip shows the genesis of Jackson Maine (Cooper) and Ally‘s (Gaga) twice-blessed partnership. Maine, an established singer-songwriter sits down with Ally at a dank dive bar and asks her about her musical ability.
Ally expresses her doubts and insecurities about making it in showbiz as she’s been told by people in the music industry that her nose is too big.
Cooper’s character then not only praises her nose, saying that he’s been staring at it with affection all night, but he actually asks if he can touch it. He then slides his finger down her nose and in some way and some how makes it ~extremely~ sensual.

Gaga’s nose has been a major talking point since the beginning of her career.
During interviews and while performing on stage she has often referenced being bullied and teased throughout her life because of her nose.
Naturally, Gaga’s fans (the Little Monsters, if you like) are losing it over the fact that the film references the singer’s nose in an affectionate manner and good fkn on ’em.
