A Brief History Of Our Favourite Random Products Snoop Dogg Has Endorsed

Nobody has a more prolific investment portfolio than Snoop Dogg. The Dogg has his fingers in just about every single product pot you can think of.

From clothing lines, video game collabs, keychains and cooking shows, his wide variety of works out there are more diverse than a mad scientist in a Nickelodeon cartoon. It’s almost easy to forget that he got his start as a west coast hip-hop artist.

And with Snoop Dogg looking to visit Down Under soon to play some of his greatest hits, we thought it’d be worth taking a look at some of his greatest branded items.

Snoop Doggie Doggs

Last year we saw the announcement of Snoop leaning into the character and launching a line of dog accessories under the name Snoop Doggie Doggs.

My personal favourite is the Snoop Dogg bandanas which make your dog look like a Hogwarts student.

Snoopermarket

Seems like everyone is starting an apparel line these days.

Snoop’s apparel captures that 2000s hip-hop scene so perfectly, it makes me wanna start challenging people to freestyle battles on the playground like I’m eight years old again.

Snoop-Dogg x Norton Anti-Virus “Hack is Wack”

Hack is wack because no one likes their computer under attack.

You’d think that after the global success of “Don’t Copy That Floppy” from the 90s, the world would have seen more hip-hop artists come out in droves to support educating society on cybersecurity, but unfortunately, the world was left with nerds and John McAfee.

That was until Snoop partnered up with Norton Anti-Virus, making a call for the public to educate themselves and show off their knowledge by submitting their own rap videos about hacking and cybersecurity.

19 Crimes Cali Wine Rose

The 19 Crimes wine collab feels like a moment in a TV show where they do call back fanservice right. Everything about this brand deal feels like Snoop Dogg paying homage to his early west coast hip-hop roots, and seems more like a sentimental collab than the others.

Snoop has teamed up with Australian winemakers 19 Crimes twice to make two different wine variants, from a party-friendly Cali Rose to a luxurious Cali Red blend, which goes to show that Snoop is seriously invested in this product compared to others.

Snoop collabbing to make an affordable wine that looks luxurious is one of the better celebrity wine collabs for sure.

California Gurls

Snoop Dogg’s iconic 2010 endorsement of California Gurls was a cultural reset.

It showed us if you’re a girl, and you represent California, Snoop Dogg is ready to call you queen and be all up on ya.

Martha And Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party

Snoop Dogg’s more wholesome, relaxed persona has been my favourite side of Snoop.

After meeting in 2008 and appearing on those Comedy Central Roasts, the two have been surprising collaborators, however, it’s just so wholesome and entertaining to see these polar opposites interact so productively.

They remind me a lot of the ideal sitcom roommate dynamic, and I would watch ten seasons of them living together and respecting each other’s boundaries every night as a comfort show.

Curb Your Enthusiasm?

I don’t often get many chances to talk about the absolute insanity that is “Crip Your Enthusiasm“. It’s something that should be a cringe dad joke, but Snoop goes all in and embraces the pure shitposting of internet culture.

You’d be hard-pressed to ever see Drake or Eminem be willing to do something this campy, while making a song that lowkey goes hard.

Seeing Snoop Dogg rendered as Larry David as well is pure commitment to the bit and I congratulate it. Snoop Dogg entering his Weird Al Yankovich phase is my favourite Snoop Dogg.

Snoop Dogg is touring Australia with his “I Wanna Thank Me” tour, and 19 Crimes is giving away five passes for the chance to meet the man himself. At a prize package valued at $2000, you’ll be able to tell Snoop you’re a big fan of one of these endorsement deals.
