’13 Reasons Why’ S2 Is Damn Near Confirmed W/ Scripts Being Penned RN

13 Reasons Why is all but set to return to Netflix for a second season, with The Hollywood Reporter claiming the show’s writers room has been hard at work for weeks.

Yep, the phenomenally popular and controversial teen drama may just be gearing up to return to your screen of choice in order to expand upon the world of Hannah Baker and her closest associates.
FWIW, The Hollywood Reporter tried to get a comment from Netflix about the possible renewal, but received zip in return.
However, news that writers are hard at work comes after the source novel’s author Jay Asher admitted he’s “curious as well” regarding what could happen next.
Asher said “I’d thought of a sequel at some point. I’d brainstormed it, but decided I wasn’t going to write it. So I’d love to see it.”
Hints haven’t only come from the show’s writing department, though. 13 Reasons Why and Riverdale actor Ross Butler’s decision to pull out from the latter show due to “his commitment to other projects” points to another outing of 13RW.
