We already know that Bondi Beach institution Icebergs is heading up north this year for an exclusive run of fancy fare in a sneaky pop-up restaurant in a tucked away corner of the parklands, but now we can cop a look at who else will be serving up their finest festival foods this year.
Making the trip back up the coast is the ratbag Mary’s crew. They’ll once again be slinging out their famed burgers in the Gold Bar for those who nabbed themselves a cheeky ticket for that area.
They’ll also be bringing their newer child – Mary’s Pizzeria – to the masses this year, popping up in the festival’s new VIP Village.
But what else is on offer at Splendour for you to mung on while you’ve got a hot minute between unmissable sets, or to sit on the hill and enjoy while you watch everyone absolutely send it on the grass below?
Spread across the whole festival site from the Global Village to the bus stops, campgrounds to the tiki bar here’s absolutely every food truck, stall, diner, kitchen, and cantina that will be popping up at Splendour In The Grass.
