U.S. Teacher Arrested After Students Film Her Cutting Lines In Classroom

Look, I get it. Managing a classroom of bratty kids must be tough. But there’s a time and a place to choof up the nose beers, and the classroom probably ain’t it.

A teacher in Indiana, United States, has been arrested after her students filmed her literally cutting lines of “an illegal narcotic” in a locked classroom at school.

“She’s in the corner, hiding with a chair and a book and what appears to be cocaine, putting it into lines,” said student Will Rogers, who shot the video through a window.

“When I actually watched the footage again and again, and I just realised that my English teacher did cocaine.”

Sorry if this is insensitive or whatever, but HOOH MAMA that is a big ass line. Surely it’s not actually cocaine. Or else this teacher was espousing the language of Shakespeare‘s Othello at the speed of Roger Rabbit.

Obviously, the video spread throughout the entire student body within minutes, and the police were contacted not one hour later.

“On November 22, 2017, at approximately 11:30am, the St. John Police were notified by Lake Central School Corporation Administration of a teacher suspected of possessing an illegal narcotic on school property,” the local police department said in a statement.

“This information was brought to the attention of school administration by student witnesses, and school administration immediately notified St. John Police.

“The subsequent investigation lead investigators to arrest 24 year old Samantha Cox, of Northwest Indiana. Cox is currently being held at the Lake County Jail pending charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (a Level 6 Felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (a Class C Misdemeanour).”

Apparently the parents are “shocked” and “appalled”. Fair enough.
