The reigning lords of dance-punk vibeage are making a bloody huge return to Australia, and we’re fairly sure it’s illegal not to get hyped.
LCD Soundsystem will be bringing their deep catalogue of grooves to our shores for a headline tour in February, after teasing and pleasing us all with a Splendour In The Grass appearance earlier this year.
It’ll be their first Australian appearance since the release of their newie American Dream, which found its way to the top of the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, but it’s not exactly like they’re starving for hits on their earlier records.
The New York City crew will be joined by Nick Murphy for their gigs in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Auckland. What a bloody delight.
