Blac Chyna Granted Restraining Order Against Absolute Flog Rob Kardashian

Blac Chyna has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-fiance Rob Kardashian, which blocks the 30-year-old from coming near her, or posting images of her – or their eight-month-old daughter, Dream – on social media.

A judge ruled in favour of the restraining order on Monday, after Kardashian posted sexually explicit images of the 29-year-old on his Instagram and Twitter accounts.
He also alleged Chyna had cheated on him during their relationship, that she had exploited him for his money, and that their child was conceived “out of spite”.
In a document filed before the restraining order was granted, Chyna also alleged Kardashian hit her in the leg and knocked her down in April, and that “I had difficulty walking after that.”

She had also made several similar allegations against Kardashian in a Snapchat video, which was deleted shortly after his social media posts were taken down.
Speaking after the ruling, Chyna said “I would like to first and foremost thank the judge for granting me this restraining order to protect me, and I’m just going to go back to co-parenting Dream.”
Kardashian was not present at the hearing, and his representation did not contest the ruling.
His lawyer Robert Shapiro said he had delivered an apology to Chyna over his client’s actions, and said “we move forward to do one thing and one thing only – whatever is in the best interest of the child.”
Kardashian’s posts drew widespread condemnation, not least because revenge porn is deeply and irrevocably disgusting, but because it’s very illegal in the state of California.

Chyna’s lawyer Lisa Bloom, who also represented Mischa Barton during her own high-profile revenge porn case, reiterated that “revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse”.

The next hearing of the case is set for August 8.
