In today’s Kardashian-related news, the entire family has been named in a lawsuit filed by none other than Blac Chyna, estranged former fiancée of Rob Kardashian (and mother of cute lil’ bebe Dream Kardashian).
According to a report from Us Weekly, Chyna (real name Angela Renee White) is suing the family, as she believes they deliberately snuffed out her E! reality series Rob & Chyna, which was cancelled after one season.
In legal documents obtained by the outlet, 29-year-old Chyna alleges that although she was keen as to shoot a second season of the show, the Kardashians used their “power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season.”
Kris, Kylie and Kendall Jenner as well as Kim, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian are all named in the suit, in which Chyna claims they contacted the network in February to “demand the network not proceed with a second season of Rob & Chyna.”
USA Today has published further allegations from the legal documents, which they quoted as saying:
“Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.”
In a separate suit reported by USA Today, Chyna is suing Rob for battery, stemming from an April incident in which he “violently knocked her to the ground where she landed on her hands and knees”.
The lawsuit also details Rob’s scummy-as-hell Instagram rant from July, in which he posted revenge porn of his ex-fiancée.
Chyna is represented by Lisa Bloom, who recently resigned from her role as Harvey Weinstein‘s attorney. She is suing for an unspecified amount of damages.
In a statement to USA Today, Bloom said: “Revenge porn is wrong and illegal. Domestic violence is wrong and illegal. We will aggressively prosecute this case until we get justice.”
