There’s something weirdly soothing about time-lapse videos, and the one below, shared earlier today by Chris Pratt on his Instagram, has just that kind of quality that makes us want to watch it ten times in a row.
The video shows Pratt in the make-up chair for Passengers, for the sequence in which his character spends a year marooned on a space station, and lets his grooming situation get entirely out of hand.
The transition between Chris Pratt, clean-cut all-American dude and Chris Pratt, scruffy woodsman with a beard so think you could get lost in it, is really quite something to behold, and we’re completely here for it.
Pratt, who will appear in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 later this year, is currently filming Avengers: Infinity War, and has also signed on for the upcoming Jurassic World sequel.
