Police are currently appealing for witnesses and assistance in an investigation of a horrific assault against a man in Prahran, Melbourne in the early hours of this morning.
A 33-year-old man has been left with serious facial injuries, according to Victoria Police, after an attack by four men which occurred at 3:20 this morning. Victoria police claim the victim was “racially abused”, and then seriously assaulted. The attack has been described as one where the victim was “continually punched and kicked to the head and boy by the group while unconscious on the ground.”
Investigators have released images of the alleged attackers, urging any witnesses to come forward by calling CrimeStoppers on 1800 333 000 or by making a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
