Bob Katter’s “Gay Hysteria” ad campaign for the Australia Party was all kinds of wrong, running the gauntlet from misappropriation of photographic imagery to flat-out bigotry and discrimination. Thankfully, activist group GetUp! have TeamedUp! with Katter’s half-brother Carl for their democratic right of reply, releasing a 45-second spot in response to one of the most homophobic and ridiculous ads to ever run anywhere:
