Splendour in the Grass is this weekend, folks. In fact, everything kicks off tomorrow, so if you’re attending, there’s a good chance you’re already bloody there.

With big festivals generally come big hangovers, and that’s totally fine, but instead of sleeping it off in your stinky tent, why not get some fresh air? Thanks to Visa, you can kick back outside and watch a movie to quell your sore head.
And hey, even if you aren’t hungover, there’s always time to kill at a three-day festival, so why not catch a flick during that time? The Visa Cinema In The Grass will be running from Thursday the 18th of July through to Sunday the 21st, so there’s plenty of time to get your fix. They’ll be screening stuff from 9am to 6pm. Muy bueno.
What delicious music films will you be able to watch, you ask? Over Saturday and Sunday, you can catch some of the best music films in the world, including Dirty Dancing, Straight Outta Compton, Searching for Sugar Man, and School Of Rock. Talk about your classics, right?
There’ll be marquees set up in case of bad weather, so don’t even worry about that mates. There’ll also be plenty of bean bags around to park yourself on for maximum comfort, and if you get hungry you’ll be able to buy lollies, choc-tops, and popcorn within the area and wash it down with some free sparkling water. There’s also free phone-charging if you need a bit of a battery top-up, as well.
