Only three things in life are certain: death, taxes, and new phones getting more expensive each year. Of course, you don’t have to spend a lot of money to get a great phone and Optus is currently running a cracking deal on Samsung’s Galaxy S10e.
$64 per month gets you a 128GB Galaxy S10e, 30GB of data, an Optus Sport subscription, and a pair of Galaxy Buds valued at $249. Considering the Galaxy S10e only hit stores in March, it’s a hell of a deal.
The total cost of the plan works out to be $1,536 over 24-months. For comparison, the S10e currently sells for $999. When you factor in the value of the Galaxy Buds, the plan itself is just $12 per month. That’s pretty damn good, given the 30GB allowance.
While the S10e is the cheapest phone in this year’s Galaxy S10 range, it shares most of its functionality with its pricier siblings. You get the same peppy performance, an amazing display, and two solid cameras. It’s a premium phone without the price tag, especially if you get it on Optus’ promo plan.
If you want to nab this deal, you’ll need to sign up before November 25 and redeem your Galaxy Buds before November 30.
And if you’re after something else, Telstra just knocked $432 off its 512GB Galaxy S10+ plans. That’s a saving of $18 per month on a 24-month repayment and actually makes the 512GB Galaxy S10+ cheaper than the 128GB model.
