The residence with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean is situated at the end of a private cul-de-sac and has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a detached poolside guesthouse, an appropriate place in which to harbour baby-faced trouble makers who love singlets, per The O.C.
