Elke Kramer has expanded her eponymous jewellery range by including belts, scarves and leather goods in her latest collection Miracles and Wonders.
Referencing everything from psychedelic dreams to the occult and alchemy, Kramer effortlessly infuses an other worldly aesthetic into her off-kilter accessories without ever feeling kitsch. This irreverant approach to design is most apparent in a set of silk scarves which feature digital prints of real objects ranging from flowers, rubber bands and thread.
Drawing inspiration from hidden knowledge and esoteric religions the range feels like the lost artifacts of a secret society. And judging by the knowing glances exchanged between Elke clad enthusiasts, secret societies are a concept Kramer is all to familiar with. The secret it seems, won’t be safe for long.
