It’s just been announced that RuPaul is working alongside J.J. Abram and his team at Bad Robot to create a god damn TV period drama about Mama Ru’s personal life.
SWEET MOTHER OF GOD.
From what’s been said, RuPaul will be teaming up with Abrams and Ben Stephenson from Bad Robot, and a host of production friends from World of Wonder (the team that blesses us with Ru Paul’s Drag Race).
So now we get to wait with bated breath for the half-hour drama-comedy series telling the story of Ru Paul’s evolution from club kid to queen of queens.
There’s literally nothing else that can convey my excitement about this beyond endless gifs from RPDR. Nothing at all. Holy shit, hunties.
