Today is a bloody good day, mates. You know why? Because Australia Fashion Label AJE just launched its first-ever activewear range — and that’s not even the best bit. The AJE ATHLETICA line features a more inclusive range of Australian sizes (4-18) — which is a broader range than most activewear brands, and we, and I cannot stress this enough, love to see it.
According to the fashion house, the range is a consciously designed, performance-enhancing and fashion-forward athleticwear capsule for women.
It’s been designed with all modes of fitness in mind, from HIIT to cardio, boxing to yoga, Pilates to strength as well as off-duty leisure (brunch dates) and streetwear for life on-the-go. The fashion house is hoping to promote wellbeing through performance, in an offering of sustainable and function-oriented activewear.
The capsule includes a range of form-fitting leggings, crops, shorts, singlets and tees as well as trackies and puffer jackets that have all been made from 70% consciously sourced materials. As far as pricing goes, it’s all pretty reasonable for higher-end activewear. Basic activewear like leggings and crops will set you back around $110, $99 respectively. While winter focused pieces like puffer jackets and trackies will set you back around $395 (puffer), $245 (crew neck jumper) and $245 (pants).
Another feature worth pointing out is that you can choose to see the range modelled on a range of different sized women, including a size 8, 12 and 16. This makes the whole online shopping experience a whole lot easier imo.
