On today’s episode of Weekend Sunrise, newsreader Talitha Cummins was speaking about Malcolm Turnbull‘s Liberal Party launch in western Sydney, and the “big pitch” he had in store for voters.

Unfortunately, it didn’t quite come out as planned, and Cummins instead left breakfast television viewers with an extremely graphic mental image involving our Prime Minister:

Cummins seems to be owning the gaffe, much like the time back in 2012, when she said live on air that then-leader of the opposition Tony Abbot would need to be erected before becoming PM.

Breakfast television strikes again.
