WATCH: Couple Gets A Bit Too Into Xmas, Fills House With Over 100 Trees

I’m not here to tell you how to celebrate Christmas, that’s not my job – in fact, as far as I’m aware, that’s not anyone’s job, because it is not a real job – but, personally, in my honest, humble opinion, I think there might be a point where you’ve gone a bit overboard with decorations.
I can’t tell you what the right or wrong number of Christmas trees to have in your house is, I don’t even have one, because my apartment is so small that if I put one up I would have to either forfeit my bedroom, the living room or kitchen entirely, and I am very attached to having all of those rooms. 100, though? That might be a little too many.
A couple from Germany disagrees, having filled their home in the town of Rintein with over 100 of the things to make sure they really, really get into the spirit.
It’s especially alarming considering that the yuletide fans in question, Thomas and Susanne Jeromine, live in a house with an area of 105 square metres, putting their Christmas tree density at very, very close to one tree per square metre. That’s a lot of trees.
There’s at least one in every room in the house (bathrooms included), except their bedroom, to give them a bit of a break:
“It’s our retreat for when we’ve had enough of Christmas. And nothing will go in there, luckily that’s been decided.”
You who have put up way too many decorations, I salute you:
