Walk Through Anthony Lister’s Bogan Paradise

Anthony Lister‘s output as an artist is nothing short of staggering. It’s no wonder he’s one of the most prolific young street artists and painters working today.

The Brooklyn-based Brisbane artist has been back in Australia recently to unveil his latest body of work, “Bogan Paradise”: an impressive multi-media installation of paintings, sculpture, lighting and graffiti hosted by Gallery A.S. in Sydney this November.

With this collection Anthony explored the Australian identity, paying particular attention to that celebrated Aussie character the ‘larrikin’, and the good and bad impacts that the character represents in Australian heritage and our ongoing social identity.

If you weren’t able to get to the show, housed in a former sex shop, you can check it out here with this video fly through, produced by Anthony and Skyline Productions.
