A day after he came out in defence of Hollywood mega-producer Harvey Weinstein, director Oliver Stone is facing allegations of his own.
Actress Patricia Arquette, model/actress Carrie Stevens and actor Carole R. Davis have all come forward via Twitter to share their experiences with Stone.
Stevens has alleged that the director grabbed her breast at a party when she was 22. She told Buzzfeed that Stone allegedly
Just reached out and grabbed my boob with a shit-eating grin on his face. It was like nothing to him, like it was pure instinct. It was like my breast was there for his taking.
When I heard about Harvey, I recalled Oliver walking past me & grabbing my boob as he walked out the front door of a party. Two of a kind!

Responding to an update on Stone’s remarks, Davis alleged that she’d been told to keep quiet about the alleged abuse she’d experienced thanks to the award-winning director.

Meanwhile, Arquette has detailed a highly discomfiting experience with Stone, in which they had a “professional” meeting about doing a movie together that quickly spiralled into something more sinister.

Stone had defended Harvey Weinstein against the allegations of decades of sexual harassment, abuse and assault while at a press conference in South Korea, saying:
I’m a believer that you wait until this thing gets to trial. I believe a man shouldn’t be condemned by a vigilante system. It’s not easy what he’s going through, either.
Stone later recanted his statements with a Facebook post:
More and more women are coming forward to share their experiences at the hands of Weinstein, including Rose McGowan, Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie.
