Trains have been delayed, commuters have been evacuated and forty firefighters are on the scene after a fire broke out at Sydney’s Central Station this evening.
The fire reportedly began at Central’s Hungry Jacks outlet on the station’s concourse, causing platforms 1 to 15 to be evacuated into the surrounding streets. No injuries have been reported, at the time of writing, from the incident.
Update: the blaze has been contained.
