Some Poor Bloke W/ @ABS Twitter Handle Got Rekt By Census Abuse Last Night

No one knows this more than Andrei Soroker, a supremely unlucky Russian bloke who happens to have the Twitter handle @abs. 

Now, after last night’s absolute shitshow that was millions of people attempting to do the 2016 Census online at once, many Aussies had some pretty fkn stern words for the Australian Bureau of Statistics. 

Whose Twitter handle is, erm — *NOT* @abs.

The misdirected abuse became so regular that Andrei actually has ‘Not Australian Bureau of Statistics’ in his bio:
