It’s a bloody struggle dealing with the new social norms of dating apps – trust us, we know ’em all too well – but there are still a couple of boilerplate rules for your swipe sessions.
Checking with your mates before featuring ’em in your profile picture is a non-negotiable – doubly so if you both happen to have mighty recognisable faces.
Fox Sports presenter Matt Suleau may have just busted that rule, cheers to a cheeky shot featuring none other than Sandra Sully.
A lil’ earlier this arvo, Sully herself reached out to Suleau after hearing he’d allegedly featured the Channel Ten newsreader in one of his Tinder photos.
Via Twitter, she wrote:
“hi Matt – a friend tells me our Dally M shot is your Tinder profile pic. If so – could you take it down pls. Ta SS”.
A quick search of Suleau’s other social media pages reveals the former colleagues did indeed take a shot at the NRL awards ceremony, meaning this could very well be the shot in question:
Sully has since deleted her Tweet, suggesting that a) it was all some kinda mix-up, or b) Suleau may have gone and nixed the photo from his account.
PEDESTRIAN.TV has reached out to Suleau for his take on the issue. In the meantime, it may be a good idea to reach out to your buds, lest they spring you with this kind of too-courteous burn.
