Billionaire mogul and fresh boo of the newly-minted Hollywood walk of fame addition Mariah Carey, James Packer, has sold his luxury Vaucluse mansion for at least $60 million, breaking Australian real estate records.
With his estimated net worth hovering around the $4.7 billion mark, the sale represents nothing but loose change for James Packer, tbh.

Named La Mer, the property features six storeys, six bedrooms, a gym, a 20-seat cinema, a 20-car garage and sweeping views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
The property was bought in 2013 by Packer and now ex-wife Erica Baxter, who will reportedly split the sale price, which could reach as high as $80 million upon settlement, the Daily Telegraph reports.
La Mer was purchased by Packer and Baxter in 2013 for $41 million. The couple lived in the Vaucluse mansion for some months before their 2013 separation and eventual divorce; tragically, the home has been unoccupied, ripe for the bling-ringing, ever since.
Love and marriages might not be eternal, friends. But things? Opulent mansion things?
