Pedestrian, as a general rule remains largely apolitical but this cannot go unreported. As polls have predicted Barack Obama will be the next President of The United States of America and attempt to save the most powerful country in the world from moral and financial bankruptcy.
This election, the most crucial in recent memory, arguably ever, transcends race or class or indeed nationality and marks Obama’s win as the single most galvanizing event of my lifetime. It will be taught in Modern History classes will render anything else you read today trivial. It is indeed a win for the entire world and I do believe, as I believe in change, that a celebration is in order…
