The Million Dollar Lunch is the annual fundraising event for the Children’s Cancer Centre Foundation; raising over $1 m each year for Victorian kids with cancer and their families. The Children’s Cancer Centre Foundation supports clinical care, research and provides resources to children with cancer and their families.
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a bright, enthusiastic individual to come on board as Executive Assistant / Event Assistant (MELB) to the CEO of Children’s Cancer Centre Foundation and Event Coordinator of Australia’s premier fundraising event, The Million Dollar Lunch.
As Executive Assistant / Event Assistant, you will be involved in a range of tasks such as administrative support, event support, scheduling, attending and taking minutes at The Million Dollar Lunch meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations as well as maintaining a database and dabbling in recruiting of event volunteers. You will communicate with ease, have an acute eye for detail as well as the ability to analyse and get artistic when need be.
