Seems like the only info that comes out about the hospitalisation of Kanye West comes out of the insane celebrity gossip institution that is TMZ – but they’ve been right on all of this so far.
Word is that Kanye will not be released from hospital today – which was the plan – because he has not recovered from his psychotic break, and is “not stable”. A source close to the star told TMZ that there is no longer a set release date:
We’re now told Kanye is still not stable and will not be released today. In fact, there is now no release date set, because he has not recovered from his breakdown a week ago.
TMZ also reported that Kanye is suffering from extreme paranoia and at one point would not let doctors touch him at the medical centre.
Another source said that in the weeks leading up to Kanye’s hospitalisation, he was having nightmares about his wife Kim Kardashian‘s robbery, which deeply affected him.
“It did a number on him as much as Kim. The mere thought that anything could happen to her sent him in a tailspin. He wasn’t sleeping and he was having nightmares about it,” the source said.
