Hey Australia, Tix To Reese Witherspoon’s Leadership Talks Are Only $2K

Real talk, Legally Blonde is actually a bloody good example of a strong, female-driven story that doesn’t kowtow to the expectations of the world at large. Reese Witherspoon’s equally gutsy and lolzy turn as Elle Woods still stands as a primo example of confidence and ambition.

Whether it’s worth $2,000 to have that wisdom imparted to you by Witherspoon in person is another deal entirely.
The actress/philanthropist/producer will take part in the touring Simpatico Connection Conference, which is hitting our shores in July.
Along with prominent psychologists and professional trainers, Witherspoon will be discussing “our ability to persuade, to communicate, to negotiate and lead the teams we surround ourselves with.”

Aaand here’s how much participating in two days of those discussions will set you back:

Reminder: you are currently able to purchase the Legally Blonde 1 + 2 pack on DVD for about 13 bucks. At that price, you could buy and watch fresh DVDs one hundred and fifty three times over for the price of the cheapest conference tickets. Also, yeah, photos with her apparently add to a $500 surcharge.
Again, not to disparage the work of an obviously accomplished human being, but damn. You best be getting a good reference at Harvard Law for that much.
