The leaders of 19 economic superpowers for whom sending future Matthew McConaughey into space to find another planet to live is not a viable solution to climate change, convened in Brisbane over the weekend to passive-aggressively ignore each other, get to second base with some locals and discuss complex global issues such as economic policy, climate change and Kim Kardashian’s butt cover.
As a result, hapless Brisbane motorists faced excruciating road closures as the pun police of the Queensland Police Service shuttered roads, erected blockades and escorted the world’s most powerful citizens back to their swanky hotel suites.
But not even the diplomatic nature of the G20 Summit could stop the the QPS from squeezing out a few dad jokes.

Whoever comes up with this stuff needs to set a course for 2002 and get a job writing Rove Live monologues.
