Just in case anyone was still questioning the impact Sydney’s lockout laws have had upon the city’s – and, by extension, the nation’s – music scene, the venue-by-venue rundown of shuttered clubs just provided by Flight Facilities powerfully demonstrates the laws’ outcomes.
Still, that stark list isn’t even the most noteworthy point of the post: the duo question if they couldn’t do their career the same way if they started over again today, what luck would any other up-and-coming DJs and producers have in their town?

The duo state “before the two of us had even crossed paths, we were enjoying being on both sides of the turntables, and often walked out of our favourite venues in perfect daylight.”
