One person is dead and at least nine others have been wounded after a shooting in Toronto, Canada.

Emergency services were called to Danforth and Pape Avenue area around 10PM on Sunday night, where they reportedly found victims across “many blocks.”
Toronto Police confirmed the gunman is dead.

Seven people were evacuated to a trauma centre, including one victim thought to be a minor.
Two others were also transported to hospital, with further injuries being treated at the scene.

Greektown, the scene of the shooting, is a popular restaurant district in the city known to draw families.
